Lily Ernst
A motivated and innovative designer from outside of Philadelphia, PA. Graduated summa cum laude in May 2025 from the five-year Industrial & Interaction Design program at Syracuse University, with minors in Disability Studies, Public Communications, and Fashion & Beauty Communications.
Traditionally trained in product design, with a strong foundation in product development, branding and design research. I’m passionate about design strategy, creative concepts, and using design as a tool for meaningful change. As a junior designer, I bring a strategic, brand-focused lens to every project I take on.
With a knack for problem solving and a passion for human centered design, I hope to create designs that make a difference. I believe “good design“ doesn’t have to choose between being aesthetic or functional.
Passion
With deep empathy, I have learned how to design with human factors at the center. I’m especially passionate about healthcare design; creating thoughtful, human-centered solutions that improve access, comfort, and dignity. In every field, I aim to evoke emotion and improve the user's life through purposeful design.
